With mod 19 came a good few changes to the Oathkeeper Paladin. In this video I go over what I believe you should be using to make the most of what the Paladin Healer can offer. With the Drastic change to our Shield size we must adjust our play style to be more of a healer than a mitigater of damage. Here is my Build, what I use and why.
