Permanent Aftershock stun combo in pair with Arc Lightning [1.6 sec cooldown] and AM Counterspell [3 sec cooldown]. With Arcane blink all cooldowns going down by 25%. So even Arc Lightning by itself can chainstun everybody for a long long long time. Enjoy!
