Clock Agh's grants you new ability - Overclocking which Resets Clockwerk's ability cooldowns. Also we drafted PA Blur and with Agh's upgrade, which is gives us abilities refresh anytime we get a hero kill. Basically it means we can refresh Overclocking over and over again. Broken!
