We caught up with Alan Holmes about his 1926 for C Cab at Big Boys Toys Expo 2022 at the West Coast Vanners display.

Allen has owned the C Cab for approximately 2 and half years now. It a Ford 1926 C Cab on a 1932 rail with a Holden Motor and Transmission. The C Cab is in Stunning Green Colour with its exposed motor at the front. The C Cab has not side windows, so rain and cold weather are fun when cruising around in those conditions.

Allen gets out on cruises as much as possible, like the Poker Runs in Perth and Southern Cruise down to Denmark. He got a bit deaf after that cruise as you would with the exhaust next to the Drives door, but worth it listening to engine purr.

He plans on putting in a bigger Engine and update the panel paint in the future to her all glammed up; however, he is very satisfied cruising as it is. Allen current working on his wife Morris 1100 and a EK holden project, so we may see them soon at events.

Allen is a Member of the West Coast Vanners and get out with them as much as possible. He is also looking forward to the WA Van State Titles 2022 in Pinjarra this year, which is going to be an awesome event for Vanners and Ute Lovers.
