I perform the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a neurodegenerative disorder with various causes. ALS is characterised by muscle spasticity, rapidly progressive weakness due to muscle wasting. This results in difficulty speaking, swallowing, and breathing and ends in death.
