Sega originally included Altered Beast as the pack-in game for their Genesis console. That is probably where a lot of you first encountered this game. Others may have first experienced it on a compilation for PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam for PC’s. For those that have no clue what Altered Beast is, it started as an arcade game, anyone remember those? Gameplay dictates the standard movement to the right side of the screen. Enemies appear on both sides and almost immediately commence to attacking you. You have a punch, kick, and jump available for your defense. Good luck.
