Always Sometimes Monsters is an unassuming indie game developed by a couple guys calling themselves Vagabond Dogs. What they've crafted is a unique visual novel in the style of a Super Nintendo era RPG which tries to tell a story about the ups and downs of life and the human condition of always wanting the unobtainable.
The story revolves around a failing writer and his or her quest to reach the other side of the nation in order to attend a wedding of their former partner. Along the way, they'll meet a colorful cast of characters as well as deal with hard hitting issues such as classism, racism, drug addiction and more!
