Finally got the 1:14 after days of grinding, there were some stupid mistakes on the mining area and accidentally placing a power bomb that made me refill again on Area 5, I played safely on certain areas but the run was pretty nice.

Maybe I'm going to push it a little further to get the 1:04 IGT.

I had to revert to a slower strat for consistency purposes on the first A5 zeta: Beating him on the go instead of ballsparking on the first visit (overall it's slower by 1.6 seconds), get a super drop, beat the alpha squad, get the super missile and clear the rest with no issues.

What makes this consistent is that I have 12 supers at the start of the cleanup, making things easier and a little faster in contrast of having 6 supers due to previousy had beaten the zeta and being at the mercy of the RNG to get Super drops.

Of all the runs that didn't beat the zeta on the go, just two of them had 8 supers for Genesis.

There's a whole lot of new strats found through the previous year: optimizations on every area and it's bosses and consistent ways to deal with most of the EMP balls. Around 40 seconds saved or even more due to the RNG of the EMP balls.

And four route changes:
Cleanup done in reverse order, delaying a missile on the complex for later, beating the alpha squad and the zeta before the cleanup and delaying the four missile room of the Golden temple for cleanup. These ones can save around 33 - 35 seconds with the fastest strats.

I can finally say that RNG on this route is almost no involved (aside from avoiding the refill before area 4 and Arachnus) and it's just a matter of consistency of the shinespark tricks, metroids and movement in order to improve time. 1:13 is within reach but no major mistakes have to be made. Almost no mistakes for a 1:12
