I thought of timing this a long time ago but the 100% grind happened and forgot about it. Then MrDino023 came up with a route and it was improved, leading to this video.

Avoids the Golden Temple's missiles and gets them on the go.

The time saved comes mostly from less room transitions and 0.8 seconds thanks to getting the missile on the way to Torizo instead of saving.
