This is how the stutter looks like if done RTA, I used frame advance and then the recorder from the build.

This spark saves around 6 seconds on any% and 12 seconds on 100% because we have to go to this area 2 times (Dual Alphas and GFS Thoth)

Note: The stuttering is caused when you release forward or if you press backward while holding forward.

The horizontal speed of Samus decreases on each frame, once you are a frame or two of reaching zero, start gaining speed again for a frame and repeat until the dash counter reaches 30.
