Looks like there isn't much time difference between having 40 and 45 missiles: the health of the Queen is reduced by 10 on the 1st and 4th phases and by 5 in the 2nd and 3rd but I saved time mostly by optimizing the last two phases.

Probably the route is going to stay at 45 since you can save 2.4 seconds by getting that missile at the start of the complex instead of refilling. But the issue is that we don't have wave at this point so we can lose more time and the RNG for drops is going to be a huge issue.
