It's nearly TAS, it has a frame window depending on how early the first missile hits and it's limited to the back weakpoint closing after 63 frames. So just 2 missiles or a missile and a super are possible.

These are the i-frames of the Omegas:

Missiles/supers on belly: 30/60 frames
Missiles/supers on back: 60/120 frames

The recommended way would be to fire a super to the belly and another to his back.
