Dread mode: A single hit kills Samus, with the exception of the power plant explosion and the Queen's drain (her hits still do kill). Also the mod does add in a shinespark shortcut between areas 2 and 1.
Insanity mode: All saves are disabled, and power bomb drops are enabled. In combination with Fusion difficulty, Metroids and the cacti in BG3 no longer have drops.
Fusion difficulty: All enemies have hard mode AIs, and Alpha and Gamma Metroids are even faster than on hard mode. Also damage dealt to enemies is halved compared to normal, and damage dealt to Samus is 4x what it is on normal, but the latter doesn't matter with Dread mode.
No HUD: Samus's energy, ammo, the Metroid counter, and the map are all hidden on the main screen, they can still be seen on the pause menu, but I won't be using that too much.

Second best run up until now. As I go on I adjust some strategies to get through different points more often, and as such I'm getting into the Industrial Complex more often. This run had the misfortune of being run at the same time my computer was doing some auto update stuff, which caused a lot of lag spikes, which eventually killed me.
