Kreitech introduced the Blind Spot Alert (BSA) system, which is simple to install on any vehicle and provides smarter ways to check one's blind spot before merging lanes. According to the company, side view mirrors frequently have large blindspots, many cars lack dedicated blindspot-checking systems, and drivers are sometimes careless and do not physically turn their heads to check a blindspot before merging. The BSA is compatible with any car because it adheres to a side view mirror with adhesive. This system not only functions as a secondary mirror facing the blind spot, but it also includes a small blinking LED that alerts the driver if a vehicle is in its blind spot. Kreitech claims that its aftermarket Blind Spot Alert system is just as effective as a factory-installed one.
