Amazon are Rejecting My Negative Reviews

I have noticed a trend with Amazon rejecting my reviews. The vast majority of reviews that are rejected are 1 star or 2 star reviews.

This suggests that sellers are vetoing my reviews. On an individual basis, a seller may have a valid reason for this, but across the board it seems that Amazon are giving sellers a lot of power over whether negative reviews are published (which I guess makes sense, as it hurts sales).

Have any fellow Amazon reviewers seen the same thing?
