JP Morgan have just been ordered to pay $850k for 2.1million swap reporting violations, valued up to $100-$500tn in violations!
This shows the CFTC aren't scared of taking action, arent scared of investigation and charging funds for illegal swaps. I expect more punishments and penalties to be issued over the coming weeks to more banks who helped assist in creating illegal swaps for Archegos and also against AMC as well.
The CDS's for Credit Suisse are absolutely skyrocketing, showing that Credit Suisse is really struggling and is likely to soon go under!
