Robinhood is being bailed out as Robinhood is Bankrupt!
FTX is proposing a plan to takeover robinhood, Robinhood has been suffering huge losses over the last year due to bad decision reducing revenue, and inflations & general market conditions increasing costs. The stock price has plummeted and Robinhood are having to disclose substantially more as a result of being a public company.
Robinhood now needs a bailout and FTX have decided Robinhood will fit perfectly in their lineup as they'll be able to build a sneaky bond with Citadel.
FTX have also recently bailed out half the crypto market with over $1bn in loans, if the crypto market falls any further, FTX is likely to implode taking half of Wall Street with them.
