The AMC Lawsuit is about to be dismissed as frivolous, considering the AMC split vote passed (even the AMC votes passed, not just the 'non voted' APE shares counted as YES) and the fact that Allegheny cannot put together a decent lawsuit free of spelling mistakes, its likely the judge will throw out the case ASAP.
Allegheny seems to be working with the shorts to delay the conversion & split until after April 27th, almost as if they foresee something happening before that date which could cause the squeeze!
Hedge funds are already valuing Gamestop and AMC at MUCH higher prices for their 13F filings, around $300 and $50 per share.
