The AMC Lawsuit has finally been thrown out and settled! All the plantiffs (shorts) wanted was around 7m free AMC shares, no money, they didn't want to stop the Reverse Split, just wanted some free shares.
This is likely so they can cover their short position before the squeeze.
Now the Lawsuit is done, AMC can perform the conversion and reverse split and issue the new CUSIP number, LETS GO APES!
