There are stutters and microstutters when exploring new areas, and the CPU would become intensive. After that, everything is smooth.
Edit: The stutters might have been fixed when I transferred the game to SSD from HDD. Usually it would stutter just after the loading screen or when entering a town, but not anymore. Too bad I'm almost done with this game.
Edit: Was able to beat New Game. Felt like it did not have much content. This was the only game where I was able to complete all quests including side quests. Also, I was not able to appreciate its beauty. It was always dark, raining, or cloudy. Daytime had very short cycle compared to nighttime. Main plot was very good though.
