AMD Athlon 200GE Processor Doesn't Fit Asrock B450M Pro4 AM4 Mainboard // When I put together the AMD Athlon 200GE processor, Asrock B450M Pro4 mATX mainboard, and G.SKill Ripjaws V 2666MHz 8GB DDR4 RAM, I ran into a little snag. The processor wouldn't go into the socket on the mainboard without firm pressure and a loud click. I found a forum post for a AMD Ryzen processor having the same problem on an Asrock mainboard. I ran an older version of MemTest86 for one week (168 hours) without any issues. Updated mainboard BIOS to version 2.0 and overclocked the 200GE from 3.2GHz to 4.0GHz at stock voltage (1.3V).
