Does Microsoft's updated Xbox one, known as Project scorpio use both Vega and Ryzen processors?

Well possibly, given that Project Scorpio was shown off at the booth in the form of a sign advertising their technology pushing 4K and VR. Of course, this isn't a confirmation, but given the Ps4 Pro uses vega technology (according to Cerny), Project Scorpio using both Vega and possibly some form of Ryzen CPU isn't outside the realms of possibility.
