In this video we're going to be taking a look at the Vega architecture (GCN 5), which hosts a massive number of changes over AMD's older Polaris architecture.

Rapid Packed Math, Draw Stream binner rasterizer, High bandwidth cache Controller are just a few of the terms we'll be discussing.

Essentially, Vega is the evolution of Polaris, with improved Compute Units (next generation compute units) which allow up to twice the performance per clock speed, massive compute enhancements and major changes to the efficiency of the architecture.

AMD haven't announced specific vega products right now however.
