AMD CPU Security Flaws Found But Are they Genuine? | Nvidia GTX 2000 Series Out in 3rd Quarter ?
Today, a damning report on amdflaws.com has surfaced showing several alleged vulnerabilities for AMD CPUs including Ryzen, Threadripper, and EPYC. These security vulnerabilities are Ryzenfall, Masterkey, Fallout and Chimera. The main question is, how real are these allegations, and if they are real, how badly is your processor actually effected?
On the graphics card side, Nvidia's Geforce GTX Turing GPU is allegedly starting mass production in the third quarter of this year, and there are speculations that this card will be optimised for cryptocurrency mining. However, Nvidia themselves have expressed concerns about the Bitcoin/Etherium bubble bursting, so would it be wise for them to invest so heavily in such a niche hardware product?
