So I'm using my 58inch Panasonic TV it doesn't have 120hz mode only 4k, HDR etc but with my AMD RX 7800XT 16gb without Frame generation on it was around the 40s to mid 50s as soon as I put it on it went up to 170+ fps. Now if I put sync on it locks to 30fps even though my TV is 60hz. I've no idea why.
