AMD FSR = AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution is a scaling feature that increases your FPS (must be enabled in graphics options).

If you have an AMD RX 580 your performance will be slightly higher. If you have an AMD RX 570/470 your fps will be slightly lower. If you have an AMD RX 590 your FPS will be a little higher compared to the RX480.
Since the last updates of the game the performances are much better under Vulkan with this GPU.
