AMD FSR = AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution is a scaling feature that increases your FPS (must be enabled in graphics options).

Lossless Scaling is a program that can be acquired on steam which allows the use of the AMD FSR function in games where the function is not available. It allows for example to play in 1080P (upscaled) with the framerate of 720P. It's not as accurate as a direct in-game implementation of the FSR, but it works well.
If you have an AMD RX 580 your performance will be slightly higher. If you have an AMD RX 570/470 your fps will be slightly lower. If you have an AMD RX 590 your FPS will be a little higher compared to the RX480.
