AMD Ryzen 5500u Fallout 76 Performance Gameplay Benchmark
I think 720p low (I just took all the default low presets in settings) actually runs pretty well for a laptop you can get with these specs for $450 US or so. You can of course sacrifice some framerate and go up from there if you want. Definitely nice to be able to pull out your laptop on your lunch break at work to do some dailies etc on the go.
I see some slight screen "ripple" tearing from time to time in this game capture. I didn't notice that on the laptop itself, but think it is due to the framerate fluctuation and how the capture card was (not) handling it since I wasn't forcing vsync from that end.
The actual laptop used to test in this case was the 5500u version of this Asus Vivobook 2021: https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/For-Home/VivoBook/VivoBook-15-M513-AMD-Ryzen-5000-Series/techspec/
