AMD's threadripper has more results leaking out ahead of its release date, and these results paint the processor in GeekBench 4 behind that of Intel's X299 platform. The X399 ThreadRipper cpu in question is the 1750X and is configured with 16 cores and 32 threads thanks to SMT.
AMD's Vega CPU has a higher DirectX 12 support than its predecessors, including Polaris thanks to both Conservative Rasterization and raster-order views.
