AMD announced FSR 3.0, the successor to FSR 2.0 and competitor to Nvidia's DLSS 3.0, back in November of 2022. It's been 8 months and we still don't have a clue what's going on. IT'S POSSIBLE AMD only announced FSR 3 frame generation to stay relevant to Nvidia. However, it may have been harder to create than initially anticipated... let's talk about it.
