Notes:
- In case it wasn't clear, the RX 5700 XT is a great chip, but you should wait for 3rd party designs due to the thermals and noise. I didn't hammer it too much because most people won't buy a reference model anyway.
- There is still a LOT of testing to be done, one week with new CPUs GPUs SSD's and new features isn't enough to do everything I wanted. Check out my Ryzen 3000 video's for some comparitive testing with CPU's, but if you have any questions or test requests, now's the time!
- All tests ran on a fully patched 64-bit Windows 10 Pro (1903) system
