AMD's fastest CPU + RTX 5080/5090 - MSI Raider A18 Review
286The 18" MSI Raider A18 is one of the only laptops in 2025 that combines Nvidia's RTX 5080 or even the RTX 5090 with the Ryzen 9 9955HX3D, Team Red's answer to Intel's HX CPUs, and it is indeed a great combination.
In some cases, our 5080 sample can outperform even 5090 laptops, but this will vary significantly depending on settings and the games you are playing.
That said, the Raider is still a simply insane gaming laptop, with some compromises along the way.
