Your investor demands rapid progress, but the key decisions are up to you. Renovate and develop the airport, add new hangars and create an airplane gas station, and most importantly, make sure to service planes and passengers quickly to earn more money.
You'll need specialized vehicles to work at the airport, so use a welder to create unique machines like a tank with an arm from an excavator. Hire employees and assign them the most annoying tasks to keep growing the business. But beware - not all passengers are easy to please, so take care of the needs of each of them and be prepared for the unpredictable.
Combine the pleasant with the useful and rent part of the area to a film crew, organize air shows or other events to promote the airport, and develop your passions. But there's always something going on at the airport, and the old military base hides many secrets. You'll experience visits from the military and representatives of the authorities, so be prepared for any problem that comes your way.
