This is an Arc of Yesod clone with a fantasy rather than space theme, released by Kingsoft in 1988. My guess is a "wizmo" is a hybrid of "wizard" and "gizmo", whatever that means. It's pretty "lameo" to be honest.
Cheats used. This is actually the quick way to complete it, without exploring all the rooms and getting all of the objects (like the shield, which you would otherwise need for the end-of-game boss).
Took me a couple of hours to map. You aren't missing much location-wise, as the graphics are mediocre, and its just a lot of running around for extra energy.
