पालक पनीर कैसे पकाते हैं

Steps:
1. On high flame, heat 2 table spoons of ghee with cumin seeds (जीरा) until the cumin seeds start to splutter (जीरा तड़तड़ने तक घी उची आँच पर गर्म करें|)
2. Now make lower the flame and add ginger-garlic-onion paste. Heat on low flame until it turns yellowish brown.
3. Add chili, turmeric and hing as per your taste.
4. Mix it to make a paste and add palak to it.
5. Mix palak with this paste, raise the flame to high and cover it with a lid.
6. Keep the lid closed for 1 min. Keep the flame high.
7. Continue on high flame. Now open the lid and add paneer. Mix it well on high flame.
8. Again keep the lid closed for 1 min. Keep the flame high.
9. Close the gas, add salt, garnish with dry coconut and coriander (धनिया i.e. कोथिंबीर). It's ready to eat now.
