This was it. I interacted with nearly every mechanic in this game in this run, thanks to this amazing mod. This was much, much harder to accomplish thanks to a multitude of new problems and headaches this mod brings.

Let's start with the Stalker. In the base game, you could always play it for a fool and keep track of it wherever it goes, but here - always spawns ahead of everywhere you go, blocks your exits(though that is also partly to the additional and randomized blockages on the map), spawns in randomly, and is much harder to track in the walls. It is extrathorough at clearing a room and everything nearby where you made any noise. This run came very close to dying like three times just because of the Stalker.

Key and helpful item randomization - this mod can be an absolute bastard as to where it puts key items - the wrench, boltcutters and dynamite get switched up every time. I even had attempts where I simply could not go to the prison, as it was locked up with chains and needed boltcutters from the pillbox. The revolver can be sitting in the Travers locker, or just on a random shelf in soldier quarters, or in this run, in place of the Delisle dogtag which is covered up with a grate that needs wrenching. In the base game, you could rely on these things being in the same place, but with this mod, the route is anything but straightforward, and you have to really explore every nook and cranny of the entire map, and your decision making is always on the fly.

Safe room. It's not safe anymore in any way. The metal door for the generator room hasn't got a lock on it anymore, and the game starts with a hole already in the safe room wall, and yes, the bastard can use it! Hell, the Stalker can turn off the generator if he had enough of your shenanigans!

Generator. Thanks to the power switch fuel consumption modifier, it eats through fuel faster than the Buncefield fire. In this attempt, I couldn't get the arsenal code with 60% fuel in the thing, let that sink in. I had to find the gas mask in order to get fuel from the fuel storage to get it second try, which is something you really don't want to do given that any minute added to the run is just increasing the chances of a game over. Speaking of which, the fuel storage and the general area around it is a pain. No grenade shortcut since there are a ton of shelving units in the way every time, and you have to walk around said shelving units every time.

Keys. You may have been wondering at the start what I was looking for on top of that medical cabinet - it's one of the spots the communications key can spawn. I have learned most of the spots where the mod can spawn them, but my god, they're well hidden.

Shotgunner. The whole section is random every time and it can absolutely fuck you over if you get an unlucky situation. Might I add, you also have to shoot the guy in the head twice? Yay!

There are also tons of miscellaneous stuff I haven't mentioned, cause it would take me a year to jot it down, so I recommend watching the video or playing the mod yourself! Don't go above Shell Shock difficulty, you'll regret it. I have.
