This requires some context: I thought that setting off the dynamite would end the game more or less, so I figured it was worth trying to kill the monster, who I've dubbed Francois, using said dynamite. Sadly, this didn't work. While the toy bunny does act as a strong lure, and the creature does run off after the blast, it's not clear whether it's taking damage like it would from a grenade or TNT barrel. The last attempt catches him dead on and he seems to just abruptly despawn.

It's all moot anyway; you meet him for a final showdown in a big chamber not long afterward, and it *is* possible to kill him there. Still, it was a fun experiment, and shows a bit more of the creature's behavior and plot scripting.
