I filmed this with a T3i using this adapter on an amscope B100B-MS microscope. This was filmed using 3x digital zoom, 30 speed and 3200 iso.I'm quite happy with the results, I can actually see alot more detail on my computer screen then through the eyepiece with this adapter and the loss in field of view really doesnt seem so bad with my setup. It does get a bit more blurry as I move to a high power, but that seems to have alot more to do with the ability of my camera to handle low light than anything else.
