To mark Lord Sugar's 70th birthday, the founder of Amstrad instructs this week's candidates to source and purchase a variety of items of personal significance to him (as seen in S13E05). Obviously, this was always going to include a vintage Amstrad computer of some sort, and more than likely, the model most familiar to 8-bit home gaming consumers; the CPC, released in April 1984.
The whole quest appears to be staged, but let's not allow that minor quibble to get in the way of another mind-mangling mash-up montage.
