This is quite long and boring, took me a little while to get the belt lined up and then the head spring back in proper position. Needless to say it still doesn't work and all the parts are back in the right places. The disk's actually spin now as well, although it looks kind of slow to me. I need another 26pin floppy drive to test it really and see if it's the drive or something else.
