An Action-packed FPS Roguelite | Battle Shapers Demo
5Hello everyone! More Steam Next Fest demos incoming, and now it's the turn for Battle Shapers, a first person shooter roguelite that feels and looks amazing. I got some huge Roboquest vibes while playing this and I liked it. It's not a copycat though, it still has its own mechanics and I particularly like the upgrade about reloading your unequipped gun after 5 seconds (or so) of using the equipped one, because it gives you a powerful reason to be using 2 guns, which not a lot of games do. Also, stats, although some of them you can find them in other games, are great and I like that a specific number of a particular stat, transforms it into a more powerful one.
Music fits with the game and it looks nicely enough, but sadly there were some weird performance issues... The game was using all of my gpu during the menu, no idea why xD.
I completely recommend you to try this if you are into FPS roguelite (or if you are into fast-paced action).
