I think that bug is there since ever, i clearly remember it on Loki, and I have open it 6 months ago on Github but without a response, so i just want to highlighted in case devs missed it, because it is really really annoying, and i wish they can fix it on Juno release!

This is Gala from master running on Fedora 29, but I can also reproduce on Ubuntu 18.04 that should have the same stack with Juno release (not public betas yet)
