An average day at Aperture -Aperture Desk Job and Aperture Hand Lab-
This is what's starting to annoy me about Valve: they clearly have the creativity and ability to make engaging and humorous games, but they choose not to and reserve that goodness for glorified tech demos nearly no one will buy the hardware for. Desk Job is supposed to show off their "Switch killer whose name I can't be bothered to remember", but it's equally playable with my 360 controller. And Hand Lab would have worked had Steam's own VR hand devices not had a pressure button/sensor. There is potential in these, but Valve doesn't want to put the effort in to make some more great games. You don't even have to make Portal 3 or L4D3 for me; just make more games like Desk Job that are set in the Portal universe but let us see other sides of Aperture. Desk Job itself could have been great if we kept testing other products and whatever variations Grady made to them. That could have been fun. But no. Valve doesn't want to make good things anymore.
