An Intense FPS Survival Horror Experience | Pine Harbor demo
1Hello everyone! This was a demo from the Steam FPS Festival. This is Pine Harbor, a pretty intense mix of fps with survival horror, pretty similar to games like Fobia, RE7 and so on. Graphics and atmosphere are great, movement feels smooth and gunplay is solid, but my main problem was the way the AI would act... Most of the time, I wasn't seeing any enemy (not even when running and making noise), but the moment I find one and I attack it, it was like all the other would get alerted and would run straight to me, which didn't make a lot of sense. After dying a few times, I got used to that fact and was a bit more watchful with those details, always turning around to see if there was an enemy in my back, but still I don't think that's a clever enemy design. Honestly, besides that, nothing bad to say about the game, but only that detail could ruin the experience.
Oh yeah, hopefully the full game will have a storage.
