An Introduction to Majikoi! - Visual Novel Primer
211Back with another Visual Novel Primer. VNP’s serve as a series of informational videos that go background info, overview of the game including plot/character, and a tips & trick (changed to tips & opinions for non-gameplay VN’s) sections.
This time will be covering one of my favorite school comedy VN series. Majikoi by Minato Soft is a relatively long series following the exploits of Naoe Yamato and his gang of friends as they go through school. It’d be normal except that this school is in the fictional area of Kawakami City, one famous for it’s samurai spirit and insanely strong/eccentric inhabitants. The action is good, fights are fun, and the comedy is surprisingly better then both of those combined. It’s funny, and hopefully you’ll grow to love the cast as much as I have by the time I finished the series.
