Beneath the Mountain is an Indie, Isometric, Dwarf Fortress building, RTS Dungeon Crawler with push pause, so the gameplay remains thoughtful and tactical, with no risk of devolving down to how fast one can click keys.

Beneath the Mountain is a game that understands that the most interesting tactical outcomes come from situations born of the time to contemplate those potential consequences in real time, while the game is temporarily frozen in time; there is no need to rush when one is Beneath the Mountain.

In Beneath the Mountain, you tunnel through the mountain, hunting for gold to expand your dwarf hold, and you must defend your diggers, as sometimes they dig too deep, and discover horrors waiting in the dark.
