Analog Devices AD1815AJ Soundcomm playing Adlib-Tracker II music
46Hello Friends, this 1997 Analog Devices AD1815AJ Sondcomm Soundcard surely was one of the cheaper cards back in the days. And I`m pretty sure most people won't buy it even today, 2nd hand, for a bargain. Because it looks terrible, and some of these cards are terrible to be honest. The Analog Deices FM core isn't just a copy of the Yamaha original. And because of that, in some games it sounds wrong. But in others, it sounds very good in my opinion. And in this video, I let it play some Adlib-Tracker 2 music to demonstrate that such a card can sound quite pleasant!
