SAE Musicdisk 3 Demo - Datachild
Hello friends, this is just a little demo from the past that I found on one of my CD-R archives. I stored it because I liked the music (and still do). Don't know the exact date but according to pouet.net the musicdisk it came with was released in 2001. If I remember correctly I still had my first cd-burner from BTC back then and could burn CD-Roms with incredible double-speed. CD-R were very expensive and there was no burn-proof mechanism and only a small cache, so burning CD was an adventure. On the other hand, this old CD-R are still readable (Kodak Gold..) and has no corrosion at all. (Later cheap CD-R media didn't last that long and some of my data was lost.)
The Demo is from SAE (Share and Enjoy) , introducing their Musikdisk 3. Music is composed by Datachild. I run it on Windows 98 but the Demo is a small DOS-file. The Musicdisks I will show in a separate video.
I run it on my actual test system:
QDI Legend (Intel 440BX)
Intel Pentium II 400Mhz
256Mb Ram
Ensoniq/Soundblaster PCI ES1370
Windows 98SE
IDE HDD 6Gb
