Analogue Pocket Test
4Streamed/Recorded on 11-14-22. Trying out my new toy from Analogue,the Analogue Pocket! This neat little device functions as a Game Boy; it can play Game Boy,Gameboy Color,and Gameboy Advance cartridges. With other attachments it could play various other things,like Atari Lynx or Game Gear games too. The Dock that I also got allows the Pocket to be hooked up to a TV,and played with a controller via a USB cable. The Pocket itself has a really crisp screen and it makes the games look really good. Also,the system itself has built in save states! This is what really drew me to getting the system. Most of my Game Boy cartridges no longer have a working battery,meaning you can't save on them. But this bypasses that hindrance! I showed some various games in this video. These include Castlevania II Belmont's Revenge,Metroid II Return of Samus,The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening,Kirby Nightmare in Dreamland,Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance,and Metroid Zero Mission.
