As with most of these updates, for killers it's a lot of wolf in sheeps clothing. They took out the hook carry time nerf, but then added a weak basekit BO. How effective it will be depends on what it's like in game. Eyrie got nerfed for smart killers. Knight is a side grade and vocal minority finally got the .1% Nurses nerfed.

The biggest and notable change here is the HUD update for solo survivors, trying to bring them up to the power level of voice comm squads while simultaneously buffing SWF comms, by removing clutter from them. No mention of compensating killers for how this will hurt their kill rate. Glad I'm not playing right now.
